1. When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the product you order. You can find the estimated production and shipping time on each individual product page. Please note: handmade or personalized items may take longer to prepare before shipping.
2. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by country and will be displayed during checkout.
4. What if I receive a damaged item?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@shop4vibes.com, and include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, we’ll be happy to repair, replace, or refund it.
5. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have 14 days to return any unused, non-personalized item.

6. Are your products ethically sourced?

7. How do I care for my clothing or accessories?
Care tips are provided on each product page under Care & Maintenance. For example, clothing is best washed inside out at 30°C and air-dried to preserve prints and fabric quality.
8. Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order, unless a promotion states otherwise.
